Your rate is worked out from your storefront's monthly revenue. It moves on its own: there is nothing to upgrade, nothing to ask for, and no plan to choose. Every feature is available on every level.

Payment processing is already inside those rates, so there is nothing separate to add for card or FPX. Physical orders also carry a shipping handling fee of RM1.20 plus 4% of the shipping you charge, which covers booking the courier, the label, tracking, and the processing on that shipping.

- Is it really free?
- Yes. No setup fee, no monthly bill, and nothing to pay until you make a sale. The platform fee starts at 11% of what you sell and falls to 7% as your monthly revenue grows, and it already includes payment processing, so there is nothing separate to add for card or FPX. Physical orders also carry a shipping handling fee (see the shipping question below).
- How does shipping work?
- We integrate with EasyParcel to show live shipping rates from Malaysian couriers at checkout. You can also set flat-rate or free shipping. You set the shipping price and keep anything above the courier cost. We book the courier, generate the label and track the parcel, and charge a handling fee of RM1.20 plus 4% of the shipping you charge to cover that and the payment processing on it.
