The platform fee starts at 11% of what you sell and falls to 7% as your monthly revenue grows, and it already includes payment processing, so there is nothing separate to add for card or FPX. Physical orders also carry a shipping handling fee (see the shipping question below).

We integrate with EasyParcel to show live shipping rates from Malaysian couriers at checkout. You can also set flat-rate or free shipping. You set the shipping price and keep anything above the courier cost. We book the courier, generate the label and track the parcel, and charge a handling fee of RM1.20 plus 4% of the shipping you charge to cover that and the payment processing on it.
